I realized another reason I like rush and this time of year, beyond the spirit of community and all that. In order to woo frosh with our electronics, we have to have working electronics, which means that people have been getting things like the projector and the bathroom music working again. Hurrah for capacitors!
The Lion in Winter has been stalking me across the internet lately. And not in general, either: one specific quote. "You fool. As if it matters, how a man falls down." "When the fall is all that's left, it matters." Good advice, sure, but I'd rather not have to apply to anything any time soon.
ICB apparently knows a little bit of parkour. Life is so deeply unfair. (Also, the squirrel has been named Napolean.)
This post took a half hour to write because I got distracted by LoC cataloging in the middle. Whoops.
