so, biosteel, who you may remember as those fine folks who gave us all the videos of skinner working out this summer, have a new (maybe? at least new to me, since Allison emailed me about it this morning) part of their site with a number of workouts from a number of their clients, including a number of names you recognize - Stamkos, Carey, Segs, L Schenn, Duncs, Cammy, and C Stew are the hockey ones. And I read through it and there is a thing that jumps out at me.
