Mar. 17th, 2010 11:09 amlook, professor, i support your right to do whatever you want with your exam, both in form and content, but when you say the exam will be on this list of things, and then test us on different things, I get extremely annoyed. Almost as annoying is the fact that you spent half the exam having a loud argument on your cell phone just outside the exam room.
I spent more time than I should during the exam contemplating cheerfully-worded, wildly-passive-aggressive emails pointing this out to him, although the fact that it's wildly unprofessional will probably stop me from actually sending them. ("Dear professor, This is a heads-up that [terms], which were on the exam, were not on the review sheet. Just letting you know so you can update the review sheet if you use it again in future years!")
