Feb. 28th, 2009 12:33 amSo I'm reading Antigone, as you do, and it's a fairly loose translation, I think, and at one point Creon says to the chorus leader, "You dazzle me." I'm sure you can fill in my mental process from there. *weeps*
Also, note to self: yes, one of the weirdo benefits of your job is you get to see all sorts of cool things that people are reading, but I'm pretty sure only a sick and twisted mind looks at an introductory cataloging textbook and goes, "Oooh, shiny".
ETA: The fire alarm in the building across the courtyard is going off, and the music from the party downstairs just changed to Franz Ferdinand's "This Fire." If that was intentional, mad props to whoever's doing their DJing.
