Look, I realize that at best it's an 'Advisory' position, and that the chances are excellent that whoever is elected will be completely ignored when they say something SUP/LJI doesn't like, but on the other hand, I consider The American President to be one of the formative movies of my childhood, which is to say, I have a starry-eyed belief in the power and good of democracy. So, I'd appreciate it if you'd go and vote at lj_election_en, even if you think it won't do any good.
