...can this day just be over already?
Apr. 10th, 2009 12:30 am12am-4: study for midterm
4-9: sleep
9:30-11: midterm
11-1: lunch break, during which I set up an interview, watch CM and then...read bruce/dick fic.
1-2:30: class
2:30-4:30: work
4:30-5:15: when I ate the meal I'm going to call lunch
5:15-6:45: in which I attempt to pick up the next Vorkosigan book from the local branch of my less-local library and fail despite the catalog saying it was on the shelf, then make a spur of the moment decision to try and find a bookstore whose location I am fuzzy about (monumental fail, but had a lovely walk through Beacon Hill and learned several things about Boston geography)
6:45-7:30: discover I was only 2 blocks away. also discover you can place holds on books at Borders without have to call anyone. also, the kid I lent the first Miles book to is as eager for the next as I, to the point of appearing at my door and asking for it. twice.
7:30-9: meeting with TA, group, for math project. decide to let the TA talk about the next project rather than fight about the current project
9-10: more bruce/dick fic.
10-11:30: do reading for class next week so i can write up discussion questions so i can have the prof give me feedback on them before they have to go out on Friday night.
11:30-12: email, including confirming interview, making appt with prof, passing discussion questions
12-?: re-reading papers in order to ask intelligent questions about them at appt with prof, suddenly lamenting the fact i need syntax to graduate
