Apr. 2nd, 2009 09:24 pm1. Just had meeting with TA about death-by-polygon project; did not kill anyone despite provocation. Rough draft due at midnight; group decided to hand in what we have now rather than work for another three hours to clean things up and smooth it out. Quote: "let's hand this in so I can start drinking." Group members, I understand completely.
2. In class today, we were looking at the family tree of the Ptolemies, and hot damn that is one non-branching family tree. The prof tried to explain the relationships of one of the early queens (I think Arsinoe) and halfway through I had to stop and ask for a diagram.
3. Everyone on my flist is going to be at MJ this weekend. Alas, I will not be (although I am in Boston, should opportunities for shenanigans arise.) :( wry is need for sleep?
