So, I was supposed to have a final paper due today, which was the last day of class, hurrah etc. But then it got moved to Friday. But I found out today that it got moved back to midnight tonight. *hands* I suspect the real problem is that none of the faculty know the rules regarding end of term assignments, so they assign them and then get smacked down by the department, and then the whiplash gets passed on to the students. Not as bad as the Topology fiasco last term, which resulted in an optional final.
It's not that bad, because it's really only four or so hours of work left and I didn't have anything planned for tonight anyways, but I just did not want to work on it today. Ugh. But when I presented on it in class, I got good ideas to improve. (Although the train of thought that went, "well, since this is my paper and not a presentation of class material that everyone will need to understand, the professor will be less picky about the details"? Yeah, not the case. But I survived and now I will never need to present to her again.) So now I just need to....write. Ugh ugh, whine whine, etc etc. (and then three finals, but 2 of them will be easy and the other I know how to study for even if it's going to be hard, so whatever.)
