*Kurds, Sunni, Shi'a, right? (By Sunni and Shi'a, I mean Arab Sunni and Arab Shi'a. I think.) Not my period, not my region, disclaimers may apply.
ETA: I don't really know if you can say that Colombia helping stop the flow of drugs into the US. It's not strictly speaking wrong, but, uh.
ETA2: McCain, I know you're old and don't use the internet and I mostly even don't hold that against you, but really, stop saying that you're going to put healthcare records online. Those words do not mean what you think they mean.

Gee McCain, it's not like there's a difference in the amount of effort or resources needed to educate a kid whose parents are immigrants and don't speak English and has to worry about gang violence and making rent than a kid who lives in a gated community and whose parents are doctors or whathaveyou.
ETA7: I really don't think that having a kid with Down's makes you an expert on all special needs ever. And why is autism currently the trendy special need?
