1. Is there any mood for which the credits music of The West Wing is not inappropriate?

2. Is there any sports drink (Gatorade, Powerade, etc) that is without flavor? (I suspect not, given that a number of the things that one puts in sports drinks are not exactly yummy.) If not, does there exist a sports drink that is relatively lightly flavored? (I tend to do better with the flavors orange and pink and less well with red and purple, and while I'm perfectly willing to try some, the sheer number of $ade products is a little overwhelming without some factor to narrow it down.)

3. Are there processes by which the body lose mass during exercise, other than sweating, over a short period of time (2-3 hours), assuming no trips to the bathroom? Which is to say, it is safe to assume that any mass lost immediately during exercise is to do sweat? (ie, is density of sweat*(weight after - weight before - weight of water consumed during exercise) a valid approximation of the volume of sweat lost?)

That last question is what happens when you work out with nerds. (Which also can be seen in the code we wrote that takes the day's touches scored/touches received tally and runs it through an algorithm stolen from the chess world to derive internal rankings for the squad. (Which was a perfectly logical thing to do, dammit, because our coach's suggestion for simply tallying TS/TR wasn't accurate enough because it allowed for too much noise in the system, especially in choice of opponents, and a few simple statistical tricks make it better.))
