Okay, Hush Sound and the Cab and the Middle East on Wednesday.

1. Who should I be looking out for?
1a. Given that I am bad with faces, and worse in the dark, how much lost wandering will there be?
1b. I'm not 21. Who will be keeping me company on the floor?
1c. What time will you be getting there?
1ci. Where is 'there'? Show? Line? Preshow meetup?
2. Should I leave work early, as I would have to do to get anywhere in Central Square before 445 or so?
3. That day is also my brother's birthday. What should I get him? (You don't have to answer that one; it's been proven to be impossible.)

Anyone got any answers? Or, hell, I'll take questions too.

Another day in the high 80s means another day of shirtless running and another day of doing questionable things with camis! I get up, put on jeans and a tshirt, go to my airconditioned workplace, come home, and immediately change into a cami and running shorts. Earlier today I was doing the pink cami over the black sports bra (shortly after going running), and now I am wearing the same pink cami over a purple racerback bra. My classiness, let me show you it. Apparently bra-only makes the floor nervous, so a cami is a motion towards decency. Not a very large one, though. (The cami over sports bra makes me think of my crazy ex-roommate, though, who was friendly and sweet and harmless, but also a bit on the crazy side. (I have this theory about math/science magnet schools. I need more data though - I don't know if I know anyone from TJ.))

Speaking of crazy, I hung out in the kitchen today with a couple of people entering their 8th term this fall, which seems to be a prime time for the really stupid class schedule decisions. (Today's example: "Well, I thought of an M.Eng project, so I'm thinking about that, but I'd have to be a CS major, so I'd need to pick that up next term, but I only have 2 math classes left, and I'd need 6 more CS classes, but if you M.Eng, they let you finish off the BS in that year, so I could take 6 classes next term and then M.Eng. But that puts off going to grad school longer, and I have to do math while I'm young!" You may be relieved to know that while I am considering 6 classes next term, I was not responsible for the previous statement. Also, depending on how you count, I have 2 or 3 or 4 semesters to go.)

Moral dilemma! I mail books at my job. Is it okay for me to mail books back to the BPL because I am lazy and don't want to walk back to the library, using the office's UPS account? (Consider: any BPL book dropped off by any member of the community at our libraries gets sent to the office where I work, where I then drop it in the mail. (Actually, it's not just the BPL. Any book belonging to any library will get mailed.)) Or I could just put more books on hold at the library, thus creating a never-ending cycle of books needing to be returned and books needing to be picked up.
