Only tangently related to recent events

I'm confused by the term 'scene queen.' Anyone got any ideas? I mean, I suspect that it's going to be similar to the famous definition of porn (ie, 'I know it when I see it'), but what I'm working with right now is early twenties, female, Internet famous, and makes unfortunate choices with regards to hair and makeup. And while I'm sure those are necessary, I don't think they're sufficient. I'm also curious about how one becomes a scene queen, and just what they do.

This is me, being baffled by things I feel like I should know.
