Second, a list of things I am interested in talking about:

1. Python (which I am learning at work), and whoever thought it was a good idea to make whitespace important (spoiler: they were wrong). but i guess there's some other cool stuff in python.

2. The Queen of Attolia. I was re-reading these, and I had to go get the fourth one from the library on my way home because my mom took my copy last time she was here. How great are they?

3. True story: This afternoon I was like, man, VD had a great finale, I can't wait for next season. Then I was like, wait, there's one more, I'm looking forward to watching that tomorrow. (anything you assume about my mental state from this is absolutely correct. it really needs to be the weekend.)

4. How many times do you think we'll hear "underwent successful surgery yesterday" wrt the hawks in the next month or so?

5. Why is kaner unable to have one night stands without it ending up on deadspin? how is he so bad at this?

Biznasty a) reveling in Kaner's promiscuity and b) giving him advice on how to hook up better made my day.

honestly, if kaner is hooking up as much as i suspect he is, he's LUCKY he's only ended up with pictures on deadspin twice (it has just been the twice, right?).

Kaner was just worried that insane SCHers would have nothing to rend their garments and project onto all summer, so he kindly gave them some more material!

OBVIOUSLY DEADSPIN PAYS HIM MONEY TO DO IT. And Kaner had to take it so he could fund his coke habit. DUH.
