i saw tricia helfer's name associated with the series before she appeared, but without that i think she would have fallen into category 3. /o\
(okay, in a show which regularly MacGyvers up solutions, I know I shouldn't be worried about accuracy. But: 2.09, Sam says "she's got a hell of a breaststroke" of their surveillance target, and...no. just no. I may have audibly winced when i saw her swim. GLIDE, WOMAN, GLIDE. also, smaller arms and stop picking your head up.)
